My Subscriptions have not renewed even though I have recurring payments setup?

If your subscriptions payment has not been taken, there is a chance your card was declined for some reason.

We would advise you check with your bank that everything is correct on your card.

If so, you may then simply remove and re-add your card details to our system to attempt subscription payment again.
