How to import your products

Once you have created a Frooition (Freedom) account, your TopDawg account will automatically get synced.

If, however, you do see any sync issues, please open a ticket with our team so we can look into this for you.

To get started with importing items, simply navigate to the following page:
https://freedom.frooition.com/topdawg/profiles/

You will see this on the left hand side menu, under the manage section called "eBay listing tool"

Now you are on the listing tool page, simply click the Sync now button at the top of the page. This will add you to the sync queue. Feel free to leave the page or go and have a coffee whilst this takes place.

The amount of time a sync takes is dependent on how many items are within your TopDawg eBay Import list. Usually 10 minutes roughly.

Once synced, you will see your Product list populated like below:

You may then check the checkbox of each item you wish to list to eBay and click the List to eBay button.
