Guide to Whitelisting an Email Address

Whitelisting our email address ensures that emails from Frooition are always delivered to your inbox, bypassing spam filters.

If you find that you are not receiving our emails, check your junk/spam mailbox and add us as a safe sender.


The process varies slightly depending on the email service you use. Below are step-by-step instructions for whitelisting an email address in several popular email clients and services.

Gmail

  1. Open Gmail and log in to your account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner and select "See all settings."
  3. Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  4. Click on "Create a new filter."
  5. In the "From" field, enter the email address you want to whitelist.
  6. Click "Create filter."
  7. Check the box next to "Never send it to Spam."
  8. Click "Create filter" to save your changes.

Outlook (Web Version)

  1. Log in to Outlook (formerly Hotmail or Live Mail).
  2. Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner and select "View all Outlook settings."
  3. Go to "Mail" > "Junk email."
  4. Under the "Safe senders and domains" section, click "Add."
  5. Enter the email address you want to whitelist and click "Save."

Outlook (Desktop Version)

  1. Open Outlook and go to the Home tab.
  2. Click on "Junk" and then select "Junk Email Options."
  3. Go to the "Safe Senders" tab.
  4. Click "Add."
  5. Enter the email address you want to whitelist and click "OK."

Yahoo Mail

  1. Log in to Yahoo Mail.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner and select "More Settings."
  3. Go to the "Filters" tab and click "Add new filters."
  4. Give the filter a name (e.g., "Whitelist").
  5. In the "From" field, enter the email address you want to whitelist.
  6. Set the rule to "move the message to Inbox."
  7. Click "Save."

Apple Mail

  1. Open Apple Mail.
  2. Go to Mail > Preferences.
  3. Click on the "Rules" tab and then click "Add Rule."
  4. In the "Description" field, give the rule a name (e.g., "Whitelist").
  5. Set the conditions to "From" and "contains," then enter the email address you want to whitelist.
  6. Under "Perform the following actions," set it to "Move message" to "Inbox."
  7. Click "OK."

AOL Mail

  1. Log in to AOL Mail.
  2. Click on "Options" in the upper-right corner and select "Mail Settings."
  3. Go to the "Spam Settings" tab.
  4. Under "Sender Filter," select "Allow mail from addresses I specify."
  5. Enter the email address you want to whitelist and click "Save Settings."
