Once you have uploaded a new item, eBay takes some time to index the listing and insert it into your eBay store.
This process can, on occasion, take up to 48 hours for eBay to complete.
Please don't let this worry you though!!
Your items will still be visible to customers via all of the usual eBay search functions, even though they are not yet viewable within your store.
