My Seller Tabs have not updated

When you update your Seller Info tabs in the Frooition software, the changes are not automatically reflected on your live listings. This is because the information is held within the HTML code that makes up your template design.


In order to get the changes onto your live listings you will need to either:

  • Use our Bulk Revision facility within the Frooition Software, selecting the update Seller Info option (this is a subscription service).
  • Update the listings one at a time via the Live Listings section (see our guide HERE).
  • Use the "Get Code" button (at stage 3 of the template profile) to copy the HTML code from your updated template and then revise the items in eBay, overwriting all HTML code within the eBay description with the code you have just copied.
